• We accept payment via debit, credit, and American Express cards. Payments for ordered or back-ordered items are collected upfront. Special order items are also charged to reserve them pending arrival in our goods department. Rest assured, all transactions where card details are obtained are 100% secure.
• Upon order confirmation, we consider it an ‘Offer to Buy’. Payment is collected as a deposit until shipping is initiated, indicating acceptance of your order and establishing a contract between us. This provision safeguards against pricing errors or unforeseen supply issues. In the event of a price change or availability issue, we will promptly contact you for approval. Orders may be split-shipped at our discretion.
• Changes to orders must be requested via email and are subject to terms and conditions. We’ll strive to accommodate changes whenever feasible, but certain conditions may limit adjustments, particularly for unshipped or back ordered items.
• For first-time orders with an alternative delivery address, additional verification may be necessary. Work addresses require business details, while private addresses need verification via a landline and proof of identity.
