REFUND & RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW
Our Return Policy ensures a hassle-free process for returning items. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return items for an exchange or credit note. Email info@wsportglobal.com for return or refund queries.
All returned items undergo a thorough examination and must be in their original condition with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
Items with odours, such as smoke or body sweat, will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Items returned in a non-resalable condition will be returned to the customer at their cost.
If an item is correctly ordered via our website but a customer error, such as ordering the wrong size, occurs, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to WSport or can opt for a collection arranged by WSport for a charge of £/€10. The buyer is also responsible for re-shipment costs to their address.
If WSport ships a product that does not match the customer’s order, WSport is responsible for collecting the incorrect product and providing a replacement or refund as necessary.
Conditions for Refunds, Credit Notes, or Exchanges:
Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, including weekends and bank holidays.
To initiate a return, email info@wsportglobal.com, provide your order number and associated email or phone number, advise on the items for return along with the preference for a credit note or exchange.
Policies apply to the original purchase and price paid for the items.
Used or damaged items returned to us will not be accepted, and the return will be rejected. The purchaser is responsible for redelivery or destruction of such items.
Items purchased with a gift certificate or credit note will only receive a credit note upon return.
Free items received must be returned with the original goods, or the cost of the free item will be charged.
Postal charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered service for tracking purposes.
For refunds, contact info@wsportglobal.com. Once approved via email, follow the provided instructions for return. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
Tax Charges:
Our online prices include VAT at the standard rates. VAT exemptions apply based on residency.
- VAT exemptions are automatically deducted for eligible residences.
- Customers in Switzerland and the Channel Islands are VAT exempt.
- EU VAT numbers provided during checkout will be validated, and VAT content refunded if accepted.
